The California Regional Water Quality Control Board has approved an additional extension request from CVS Inc. (former Rolling Hills Carwash), located at 25825 S. Narbonne Ave, providing them more time to submit a site investigation work plan. The site is now required to submit its site investigation work plan by June 30, 2020.
