The California Regional Water Quality Control Board has approved a secondary extension request from CVS Inc. (former Rolling Hills Carwash), located at 25825 S. Narbonne Ave, providing them more time to submit a site investigation work plan. The site is now required to submit its site investigation work plan by June 15, 2020. View this document.
