On January 5, 2022, PIC Environmental Services (PIC) submitted a Groundwater Monitoring Report on behalf of Charles Moine, the property owner at 25825 S. Narbonne Ave. The report documents groundwater sampling and testing from wells MW1, MW2, and MW3 on December 6, 2021. PIC determined that the contaminant concentrations in the site’s groundwater satisfies the Low Threat UST Closure Guidelines and recommends termination of groundwater monitoring operations.
